STABILITY PLANNING
Prepare Before Things Get Harder
Life doesn't always give us warning before our capacity changes.
Stability Planning gives you space to think ahead—identifying what helps keep life steady, what tends to become harder, and what support you may want available when your capacity shifts.
You and your Stability Planning Coach work together to create a flexible plan built around your life, priorities, and needs.
What Is Stability Planning?
Stability Planning is a structured, coaching-based program for thinking about what helps life feel manageable—and preparing for the times when it doesn't.
Together, you and your Stability Planning Coach explore the routines, people, information, resources, and supports that contribute to your stability. You'll also look at what tends to become harder when your capacity changes and identify ways to make those periods easier to navigate.
The goal isn't to predict every hard moment. It's to make sure you don't have to start from scratch when one happens.
Stability Planning is completed over a series of individual sessions, giving you time to explore what matters, build your plan, and make changes as you go.
You Might Find This Helpful If...
Your Capacity Changes
Some days or seasons give you less energy, focus, mobility, or ability to manage everyday demands.
Starting From Scratch is Exhausting
When things get harder, you find yourself rebuilding routines, finding information, or figuring out support all over again.
Important Things Live in Your Head
You know what helps, who to call, or what needs to happen—but accessing that information becomes harder when your capacity drops.
You Want to Prepare Ahead
You'd rather make some decisions and build supports while you have capacity than wait until you're already overwhelmed.
Your Support Needs Change
The kind or amount of help you need isn't always the same, and you want a plan that can flex with you.
You Don't Have to Plan for Everything.
Stability Planning isn't about preparing for every possible thing that could go wrong.
It's about knowing yourself, understanding what supports you, and making some decisions easier for Future You.
Your plan can change because your life can change.

A Plan You Can Come Back To
The goal of Stability Planning isn't a perfect plan or a life where nothing ever goes wrong.
It's to bring the information, supports, strategies, decisions, and next steps that matter to you into one place so you have something useful to return to when your capacity changes.
Your Stability Plan belongs to you. It can grow and change as your life does.
Pay What You Can
Stability Planning begins at $0.
Cost shouldn't determine whether you can access support. There is no income verification or proof of financial need, and what you contribute does not change the support you receive.
If you'd like to contribute, suggested amounts for Stability Planning are:
$30 · $60 · $90
These are starting points, not minimums. You can contribute any amount that works for you.
Choose $0 whenever contributing would make it harder to meet your own needs.
