Together, you and your Navigator can explore options, problem-solve barriers, organize next steps, and work through complicated systems at a pace that fits your capacity.
Resource Navigation might be helpful if you’re trying to:

• Work through barriers with healthcare, benefits, or other systems
• Organize information and next steps
• Prepare for calls, appointments, or conversations
• Follow through on something that feels difficult to manage alone

Cost shouldn't determine whether you can access support. There is no income verification or proof of financial need, and what you contribute does not change the support you receive.
