During this in-person gathering, we invite you to share your “peaks and valleys” — the good moments, the struggles, and everything in between.

Whether you feel like talking, listening, or just being present, you are welcome here.

There’s no pressure, no judgment — just real connection with people who understand what it’s like to live with chronic challenges.

This month, our community is heading out together for a gentle, joy-filled outing to the Missouri House Rabbit Rescue in Fenton, MO!

Instead of meeting in our usual space, we’ll spend time in a calm, welcoming environment surrounded by rabbits — a chance to slow down, connect, and share quiet moments of presence with both animals and each other.
