Whether you feel like talking, listening, or just being present, you are welcome here.
There’s no pressure, no judgment — just real connection with people who understand what it’s like to live with chronic challenges.
This month's activity is making gratitude jars! Take a moment to create your own gratitude jar—a simple reminder of life’s small joys. Decorate it in your own style, then use it to collect little notes of thankfulness you can return to whenever you need a lift.
