During this in-person gathering, we invite you to share your “peaks and valleys” — the good moments, the struggles, and everything in between.

Whether you feel like talking, listening, or just being present, you are welcome here.

There’s no pressure, no judgment — just real connection with people who understand what it’s like to live with chronic challenges.

Join us this April for a creative and calming Community Meetup led by our wonderful board member, Kayla! We’ll be hosting a Paint & (Dry) Sip—a relaxed, alcohol-free space to explore creativity, unwind, and connect with others.

All supplies will be provided, so you can simply show up as you are. Whether you love painting or haven’t picked up a brush in years, this is a low-pressure, beginner-friendly experience. There’s no right or wrong way to create here—just space to enjoy the process.
