If you’d like to place a Spring Morning Surprise in someone’s yard, complete the form below. Once submitted, we’ll reach out gently and give them the option to accept — nothing will be delivered without their confirmation.

To finalize volunteer routes, nominations must be submitted by March 28. If the person you nominate does not accept by March 28, you may choose to place the yard with another community member, convert it to your own address, or treat it as a donation supporting Ladle of Ferns programs. Due to limited delivery capacity, sponsored yards are non-refundable.
