You don’t have to do it alone—start where you are, with support at your pace.

A calm, supportive space to help you start and stay with a task.

In a 1:1 body doubling session, a volunteer host is present with you while you work—offering gentle structure and support as needed.

You don’t need to be fully ready or have a perfect plan. You can come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin.

Showing up is enough.

This May Be Helpful If You…

  • feel stuck getting started on tasks

  • struggle with focus or follow-through

  • feel overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities

  • want support without pressure or judgment

What to Expect

  • You’ll set a simple goal (big or small)

  • Your host will stay present with you while you work

  • You can choose quiet focus or light check-ins

There's no right way to use this time.

Some sessions are very focused.
Some start slowly. Both are completely okay.

A Gentle Note

This is a focused support space designed to help you take action.

Your host will not provide advice or coaching, but will support you in staying connected to your task.

Light conversation may happen, but this is not designed as a conversation-based session.

Prefer a Group Setting?

We also offer monthly body doubling sessions in both virtual and in-person formats.

These sessions provide a similar supportive structure in a shared space, allowing you to work alongside others while still focusing on your own tasks.

This can be a great option if you:

  • prefer a lower-pressure entry point

  • enjoy community-based environments

  • want to try body doubling before booking 1:1

All upcoming sessions can be found on our Events page.
